The ESU supports students with two different kinds of services.
The first is distributed, following the test of a competition, based on the same income requirements and merit that ensure the allocation of the regional scholarships: in this case the service costs are covered by the scholarship.
The second type of service allows any students without meeting particular income requirements to have access to bed spaces at a moderated price compared to market prices.

Those assigned beds managed by ESU Verona, in addition to compliance with the “Regulations Housing Service” (RSA), are required to comply with these provisions | Behavioral provisions of 22.09.2010
The charges applied are of three types:
- The whole charge that applies to scholarship beneficiaries, and is therefore fully covered by the scholarship.
- The reduced tariff that applies to fellowships students not receiving a full scholarship, students enrolled in the second year programme, the visually impaired mobile undergraduate students from off-site, and students attending the last semester of their programme.
- Finally the rate without conditions is applied to all other students not eligible for a grant. The rates include a share of maintenance expenses as determined according to the type of property and the services provided there.
