Who we are
The ESU is a Regional Agency of the Right to Higher Education established by Regional Law No. 8. of 7 April 1998. The phrase Right to Higher Education denotes the entire set of standards and regulations that govern all activities aimed at bringing university students the opportunity to access services providing concrete support during a university programme of study.
WHO MANAGES MATTERS RELATED TO THE RIGHT TO STUDY
The right to study is guaranteed by the Region and the University Institutions, based on the powers invested in them by the law, through the provision of direct and indirect assistance. Such assistance aims to remove financial and social obstacles to the practical implementation of the right to higher education, and are made, in the Veneto Region, by the ESU – Regional Institutions for the Right to Education.
